Whole30 No Bean Chili

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, diced (I used one green, one yellow)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper


  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and soft, about 7-10 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef, and cook until most of the red is gone.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and paste. Mix it all together!
  4. Mix in the spices and let the chili simmer on medium low for at LEAST 30 minutes.
  5. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to a week.
