Pecan Pie Smoothie Bowl

A rich and creamy smoothie bowl bursting with your favorite pecan pie flavors without all the guilt! You will love this pecan pie smoothie bowl this holiday season.



For the Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup Siggi’s yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Perfect Fit)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 cup ice

For the Toppings

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Optional: almonds, dried cranberries, drizzle of maple syrup or honey


  1. In a blender (I used my Ninja single serve cup), blend together all the smoothie bowl ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie bowl is too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and place the toppings on top.
  3. Snap a picture on your phone, and upload to Instagram, tagging @happilythehicks. :)
