Peachy Crunch Overnight Oats

That’s right… another overnight oats recipe! This time I used one of the fresh peaches we got at the peach stand the other day… Boy oh boy are they good!! They definitely are my favorite fruit.

For this recipe, just mix together the base ingredients, then add the Peachy Crunch toppings and dig on in. So simple and easy, yet so delicious and nutritious.

Peachy Crunch Overnight Oats |

Base Ingredients (mix up at night and leave in the fridge till morning):
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp ground flax seeds
2 tsp quinoa (raw, not cooked)
2 tsp raw sunflower seeds
1 packet stevia

Peachy Crunch Ingredients (add in the morning):
1/2 fresh peach, diced
1 tbsp all natural vanilla granola (I got mine at WholeFoods)
