    Yess I love this. I am a homebody too so saying no is a must! Plus sitting down, not being on my phone and sipping on a warm cup of coffee sounds so relaxing. Love this!

    I have a hard time saying no, but then have backed out last minute – which is worse! Now I try to make my no no and my yes, yes.

    I go on a few walks a day with our dog and it’s so good for both of us :) I always feel better after a walk.

    It’s so important to remind ourselves of all of these things, especially saying no. We always want to say yes to everything and be everywhere but all it does is stress us out. And I def have to carve out more me time. Or start! With 3 kids under 6 it’s tough, but I need to try. :) #client
