Grownup Build-Your-Own-Pizza Lunchable


Ingredients

For each individual lunchable!

  • 2 100 calorie English Muffins
  • 1/8 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 12 pepperoni slices

Optional add ins:

  • Bag veggie chips
  • Organic fruit snacks

Instructions

  1. Slice your English muffins in half and add them to a large plastic container. Portion out the sauce, cheese and pepperoni into individual containers.
  2. Place in the large container and store in the fridge until you’re ready for lunch!
  3. Prepare your pizzas when you’re ready to eat! : )
