Happy Friday! I have the day off, and right now I’m enjoying the calming sound of the rain outside while drinking some hot tea (field day at school yesterday really took it out of me! My throat is so sore) and slowly waking up. I love mornings like this!
For this week’s Friday Faves I wanted so share some recipes for one of my favorite breakfast meals lately- smoothie bowls! I talked a bit about them a few weeks ago (which you can read here), and I can’t tell you enough about just how delicious and filling they are. I love trying out different fruits to switch up the flavors and getting (somewhat) creative with the toppings. They’re perfect for a post workout meal, and so refreshing during the hot summer months!
