Summer in Texas is hot hot hot! To beat the heat, one of my favorite things to eat is a nice, deliciously cold milkshake. But they are full of sugar, fat and calories so I decided to make a healthier (yet just as delicious) version!

Ingredients:
10 tsp cookies ‘n cream Jell-O powder
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
Couple of ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth… And enjoy!
