Today I’m sharing some of my favorite back to school recipes that will make meal prepping a breeze.
It’s back to school time and it feels so nice to finally have a set routine again! As much as I love the summer and having those days off, when school starts back I really appreciate the structure it gives my day to day life. I’m still working on waking up to get my morning workouts in, and I’m fighting the urge to take naps every afternoon, but already I can tell things are getting better. I have really enjoyed my class, and every day I am reminded of why I love being a teacher.
The past few weeks I have had so much fun sharing some of my favorite back to school recipes with y’all. My goal was to create some easy, delicious and healthy lunches that will keep you full and feeling good all afternoon. Today, instead of sharing a new lunch recipe, I decided to dig into my archives and find some recipes that are easy to meal prep so you are ready for the week ahead. If you are interested in meal prep, or have never done it before, you should check out the posts I’ve written about it here and here. During the work week I prep my breakfasts, lunches and snacks and cook dinner fresh every night. Isaac and I like having our food ready to grab and go, but nothing quite beats a hot meal after a long day of work!
So without further ado, here are some of my favorite tried and true recipes that are perfect to prep on Sunday for the upcoming week. I know you are going to love them! If you have a recipe you love to prep, share it with me in the comments below! I’m always looking to try something new.
