If you follow me on social media, you probably saw that I started a 30 day challenge at the beginning of the month. To motivate myself, I created a chart with all my goals and a marker for each mile that I could cross off as I went. Not only was I determined to do 30 miles in 30 days, but I also set some realistic healthy living goals to reach as well. I knew it was time to get my life back in order, and doing something like this has been the perfect way to do it. And since I have had such a great time completing this challenge, I wanted to encourage you to give it a try as well!
And there you have it! Nothing crazy, but still a challenge. At this moment in my life I needed something to push myself, while still sticking to goals that were achievable, and I think this is the perfect balance. And who knows… Maybe next month I’ll do the 30 miles in 30 days again, or add to the mileage. All I know is that I feel better already (albeit very very sore), and I’m motivated to continue to take care of my health and wellbeing.
