HEY THERE!
Summer is most definitely smoothie time, amiright? When the hot afternoons come around, or after a sweaty morning workout, the only thing I want is a refreshing smoothie to enjoy. Between the frozen fruit, protein powder, and other oh so delicious ingredients, smoothies just can’t be beat. I especially love that there are so many different flavors and variations out there, from chocolate and peanut butter to fruity and fresh!
So when thinking of a post for this week, I knew smoothie’s it’d be. You’re welcome. ;)
I’ve decided to round up some of my favorite smoothies from around the interwebs, with some of my own creations thrown in there. I hope you enjoy and sip on a tasty smoothie for me this week! And if you have a favorite that’s not listed here, link it in the comments. I LOVE trying out new recipes, especially when they’re recommended to me by my sweet readers.
This is a recipe from yours truly, and one of my faves for an afternoon pick me up! So tasty, refreshing and who doesn’t love a little burst of energy when the afternoon zzz’s hit?
I love me a green smoothie, especially when it tastes great. ;) This smoothie is another go-to for me, full of spinach, frozen fruit and protein powder to keep me full and happy. Love it!
Craving some holiday flavors but don’t want to feel heavy and full? Then you’ll love this smoothie bowl! It’s inspired by my favorite pecan pie, and is seriously amazing. From the real maple syrup to the pecans and creamy yogurt, it’s a must try recipe!
I love me a smoothie that keeps health at the forefront! This one sounds SO good, and I love that it’s loaded with greens, essential oils and fruit.
Helloooo pb&b. Throw in a little bit of cocoa powder and you have a deliciously amazing smoothie! This combo is one of my go-tos when making a smoothie.
Y’all I love that this is Thai inspired, and doesn’t it look absolutely delicious? It’s so tropical, and I am pumped to give it a try soon. The coconut water is screaming my name- it’s SO good for you when you are dehydrated and needing some extra electrolytes.
You had me at Nutella. YUM! Sounds like a smoothie my hubby would be ALL over.
So this fun smoothie is a part of a recipe series featuring Lion Guard, and let me tell you- she nailed it. Not only is the smoothie a work of art (for realz), but it sounds SO good! Citrus, banana, mango and berries? Yes please!
As you know, I am a HUGE fan of smoothie bowls, so naturally this post wouldn’t be complete with at least one (or you know, multiple…) tasty smoothie bowl recipes! And this one sounds mouth-watering. I love pairing raspberry and chocolate, and you better believe I’d eat this bad boy up in a heartbeat.
This recipe is from one of my sweet *real life* friends. I love that it is lower in sugar, and looks oh so creamy and delicious. Also, she showed how you can make it into a smoothie bowl as well! I’m telling you, Jessica is the queen of smoothie bowls.
(Can you tell I’m all about that PB when it comes to smoothies?!) This smoothie transforms one of my go-to comfort foods into a healthy and delicious smoothie! I love that she added some superfoods to her recipe, and who would have guessed you’d be sipping on greens while enjoying this breakfast treat?!
I’m such a sucker for green drinks! I love them because I know I’m filling my body with tons of vitamins and minerals as I enjoy my breakfast or afternoon snack. This smoothie is no exception- it’s full of kale, berries and pomegranates! Natural antioxidants here I come.
This awesome smoothie prep post is written by another real life friend! Her recipes are always SO yummy, and I love this post because she shares some tasty recipes for make ahead smoothie packs. Not only is it a time saver, but it leaves you with NO excuse to get your smoothie in. ;)
Another classic chocolate and PB smoothie, with some yummy greens thrown in! I love that she used cocoa powder for the chocolate flavor, and lots and lots of spinach. Yum!
Here’s you a smoothie bowl that looks (and sounds) delicious! It’s got avocado, kiwi and spinach for the green, and I’m digging the pineapple, OJ and coconut for a tropical kick. This is definitely going on my list of recipes to try!
Yes, I know this isn’t a smoothie, but it’s too pretty and good for you to not share! Sarah is one of my sweet blogger friends, and I love how all of her recipes and DIYs (like this juice) focus on your health and well-being. She just blends up her ingredients and voila! Easy peasy juice.
Isn’t this smoothie gorgeous?! I love how bright the layers are, and this just screams “summer” to me! The coolest part is that it uses cubed dragon fruit (I didn’t know that existed!), which gives the top layer its color. Throw in some papaya, blueberries and banana, and you’ve got yourself a killer smoothie.
This would be the perfect breakfast smoothie, since it has oats and almonds to keep you full, and lots and lots of strawberries. I love that she added in some vanilla (I can only imagine how yummy that is!). It’s so simple, but looks ah-ma-zing.
I never thought of adding grape juice to a smoothie before, but it sounds delicious! That, paired with frozen berries, sounds like a smoothie I can get behind.
And, last but not least, here’s one of my favorite smoothie bowls! It’s simple, but a classic, and definitely one of my favorite smoothie bowls to enjoy.

That papaya dragon fruit combo sounds perfect right now!
Yum! There are some great ones here to try! I am also intrigued by the smoothie bowl. Maybe I’ll get creative and try one! :)

Yum-my! I love smoothies…my hubby and I drink one just about everyday. I pinned this and look forward to trying some of these I haven’t had. The juice looks tasty too…,similar ingredients to a green juice I love from Red Mango. I’ve tried pomegranates in smoothies, but couldnt get over all the ‘nuts’ texture in every sip. Thanks for sharing. ☺️
