- 4 cups strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 can coconut cream (only the solid part)
- 1 can coconut milk (only the solid part)
- 3 scoops Paleo friendly protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Toppings: freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a creamy mixture has formed.
- Pour into a glass dish and top with the free dried strawberries.
- Freeze overnight or for 7-8 hours (until the center is firm). Carefully scoop out and enjoy!
