Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup fruit (I like mango, peaches, mixed berries and blueberries)
2 scoops Orgain Protein Powder (chocolate and vanilla are both delicious)
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup spinach
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a smoothie cup. Blend until smooth – add a splash of coconut water if the mixture is too thick. Enjoy immediately.
