HEY THERE!
I am so excited to tell you about CopperJoint Compression sleeves today! They have completely changed my running game, and I’m not afraid of injury like I was before. Thank you CopperJoint for your amazing products!
As many of you know by now, I love running. Ever since the good ‘ole days in high school when I ran cross country, there has been something about running that I just love… It could be knowing you have pushed yourself to your limits, going to races, the feeling of satisfaction after a run, or maybe it’s just seeing the look on people’s faces when they say “You ran how far?!”. It’s exciting to race against yourself, and look back at the achievements you’ve made along the way. And I especially love that I get to do it with Isaac. We have been running together since our very first “date”, and I couldn’t ask for a better running partner.
However, in the past seven years since I truly became a runner, I have suffered through many injuries. Besides the constantly aching muscles, I severely twisted my ankle during my first half marathon training (I mean, it was bad), broke a bone in my foot that required months of recovery time (that story is a good one!), suffered from searing shin splints, and experienced horrible knee pains. I love running, but sometimes it just doesn’t love me! So when I first heard about CopperJoint, I was more than intrigued. With my half marathon coming up in March, I knew I needed something for my knees and ankles, and this sounded like the thing for me.
CopperJoint sleeves are copper-infused compression sleeves that promote healing and relieving pain caused by exercise, arthritis or life in general. Since they are fully infused with real copper (and not copper oxide), all the nasty bacteria that collects on workout equipment is killed. Goodbye odor and germs! Another benefit of the copper is the fact that it can be linked to your nervous system, which helps reduce pain. It hasn’t been scientifically proven yet, but I’m not complaining because these sleeves actually work. Don’t believe me? Check out these testimonials and let the sleeves speak for themselves.
I have been wearing the compression knee sleeve on my runs, and can see a definite difference between the knee with the sleeve and the knee without. I get a lot of knee pain when I run (especially on hills), but with the compression and thermal stabilizing properties of the sleeve, my knee didn’t hurt at all! It helps keep my knee cool when it’s hot out and warm when it’s cold, meaning my joints are always happy. Since the sleeve promotes circulation in that specific area, my muscles were able to recover faster and my joint pain was gone. In the middle of a run the other day, I told Isaac that I finally found what I needed for my knees!
One of my favorite properties of the knee sleeves is that they have a sticky grip at the top that helps hold them in place while on a run. It doesn’t slide down my leg, and I don’t have to interrupt my stride to adjust. When I wear leggings, I just put the sleeve underneath, because it will slide down the leggings when I run (I learned that the hard way!). They are a very thin, breathable material that I love. I don’t even notice it’s there after a while.
I also have the compression ankle sleeve that has come in very handy. Like I mentioned earlier, I have had lots of problems with my ankles over the years. After twisting them countless times, they are weaker than they should be and more prone to injury. The ankle sleeve isn’t like a brace, because it doesn’t give it support, but it does increase blood flow, which helps my sore ankles recover after a long, strenuous run or workout. It’s the same thin material as the knee sleeves, and once again, it’s easy to forget it’s even there!
If you are interested, you should check out their complete product line (and yes, they sell on Amazon!). I can’t wait to try out more of their compression gear, because I promise they work. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments below, or contact their customer service. They are quick to reply, and my time working with CopperJoint has been nothing but enjoyable. It is a company that I know I will continue to support and promote in the years to come.

I received these compression sleeves in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own! Thank you CopperJoint for giving me this opportunity to share your product.

So fun! I need to check them out. I have been having some pains and think compression sleeves may help. Glad to know these worked so well for you!
You should! I especially love that they have such a variety of sleeves to choose from. I’d love to give the socks a try soon.
Thanks for letting me know about these! I’ve started running recently but have been worried about potential injuries.
I highly recommend these sleeves! Not only do they help during the workout, but they will help reduce your chance of injury after your workout by helping your muscles recover quicker.
Oh interesting! I’ll have to look more into these! I have used compression sleeves on my calves and LOVE them!
They have compression socks that I want to try out, because I’m sure they’d really help with the shin splints and calf cramps I get sometimes.
I can’t wait to start running again. I’ve just had a baby and in a few weeks time I will be able to get back into it provided I find the time LOL thanks for letting me know about these.
Congratulations on your baby, and yay for getting to run again!
Shin splits are the worst! I hate running because of them lol
YES THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I could barely walk at one point in high school because my shin splints were so bad! It was awful.
You should definitely check them out! I love how much they have helped my knees, and I can definitely tell a difference in my pain and recovery time. So worth it!
