With the Christmas season in full swing, I decided it would be the perfect time to share a few of my favorite things (please tell me you sang that in Julie Andrew’s voice!) that would be awesome Christmas presents. However, instead of creating a gift guide, which you will find by the dozen on Pinterest, I thought I’d do something a little bit different. For the next few Fridays, I’m gonna tell you all about some of my favorite small businesses, and have a giveaway (or awesome coupon code) at the end of each post. Pretty sweet, right? And, best of all, you’ll get my honest opinion about the products I’m sharing, so you can be informed and prepared this holiday season. So to get this party started, I’m excited to tell you all about my favorite headband brand of all time… True North Collection!
If you’ve been reading here for a while, you may remember my previous post about True North Collection. If you don’t remember that post, then head on over there and check it out! It’s a great read if you want to find out about how the business started, and why I will never buy another brand of headbands again. But I have to be honest with y’all… My opinions on TNC have changed a little bit in the past months. When I thought I couldn’t love them any more, it happened. “How?” you may ask. Well, it’s because they released not one, but TWO new collections in their shop! And you better believe that I bought their new headbands the day they were released. #iregretnothing
True North Collection’s Barre to Brunch collection is, to put it simply, amazing. I love everything about it, from the beautiful patterns to the oh so comfortable fit. They are my go-to headbands when I’m lounging around the house or out running errands. The Barre to Brunch headbands are made of a super soft and stretchy knit fabric, and they contour to any head, making them my favorite bands for everyday use.
The other collection is the Fuzzy + Warm collection. Y’all, these bands are perfect for working out in the cold! They have a layer of fuzzy fleece on the outside and a layer of stretchy lycra on the inside. The fleece keeps your ears and head nice and warm while the lycra wicks away sweat, making it the best cold weather headband I’ve ever owned.

I love the barre to brunch in gypsy bloom!!! Also, I’d love to try a new fleece headband because I’m training for a half marathon and my ears get so cold during my runs!
Girl, I just bought the gypsy bloom one today haha!! I can’t wait to get it. And I’m about to start training for my third half! When is yours? Also, I never go out on a run when it’s cooler outside without something covering my ears. I HATE cold ears when I run!
